DC年度话题性电影大作《JOKER》，这次共入围了奥斯卡11项大奖，当中包括最佳影片，这可是DC电影史上首部入围此项奖项的电影。《JOKER》男主角Joaquin Phoenix将在“最佳男主角”奖项中对上《Once Upon a Time in Hollywood》的小李子Leonardo DiCaprio。
《Once Upon a Time in Hollywood》、《The Irishman》和《1917》则各别以10项大奖入围排在第二位。
刚在金球奖夺得最佳外语片的韩国电影《寄生上流》，在奥斯卡共获得了最佳影片、导演、原著剧本、剪辑、美术设计和国际电影6项大奖入围。
